It's time for clear thinking and self-reflection

Hi. My name is Anna-Maria DiLieto and I am a BACP and NCS Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor offering National Online Sessions and In-Person Face-to-Face Sessions at my practice in Wembley, London.

There are many reasons why people come for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Some people come for very specific mental health challenges and others because they need to talk to someone about how they are feeling or wish to explore a particular life challenge they are facing.
